These terms govern your use of our online booking site (book.maressence.com) and client account services provided by Mar Essence Med Spa, 341 Jerusalem Avenue, Hicksville, NY 11801. Phone: 516-499-5926. Email: info@maressence.com.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments booked online are confirmed by email and text. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your treatment. You may change or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours cannot be made online — please call 516-499-5926, and a $50 late-change fee may apply.

Text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive text messages from Mar Essence Med Spa for appointment confirmations, preparation instructions, appointment reminders, aftercare notes, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, reply HELP for assistance, or call 516-499-5926. After you text STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Packages, credits and memberships

Prepaid packages, credits and memberships are recorded on your client account and applied at checkout. Membership discounts apply to eligible services as described in your membership agreement. Prepaid amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments

Payment is collected at the time of your visit. We accept cards, cash, and eligible package credits. Gratuities are appreciated and never required.

Health and safety

You agree to disclose relevant medical information and complete intake and consent forms before treatment. Services may be declined or rescheduled if a treatment is not safe for you. Results vary by client; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Photography

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for your records. We will not publish or share photos without your written consent.
